YEREVAN. – Armenian Deputy PM, Minister of Territorial Administration and CIS economic board member Armen Gevorgyan headed to Ashkhabad, Turkmenistan on Thursday to participate in the 55th meeting of CIS Economic Council.

The meeting will discuss, in particular, projects of the CIS innovations and the creation of the bank license concepts, as well as establishment of the international trade exhibition in Ukrainian Chop city. Among other issues also will be the 2013-2014 CIS Humanitarian Cooperation project, ministerial press service reports.

To note, the Parliament ratified on Tuesday the agreement on Free Trade Zone signed in St Petersburg last October, which was discussed by the CIS Economic Council prior to conclusion.
