YEREVAN. – An Armenian MFA delegation, led by Deputy FM Sergey Manasaryan, headed to Amman, on September 16, to conduct political consultations with Jordan’s MFA.
During the discussion, the parties explored the prospects for developing bilateral ties and reflected on regional matters, Armenian MFA press service informs.
They also underscored the need to continue such meetings and the high-level mutual visits.
On the same day, the Armenian delegation also attended the official opening of Armenia’s Honorary Consulate in Amman and, subsequently, the receptions devoted to Armenia’s Independence Day anniversary.
Along the lines of its visit to Jordan, the Armenian MFA delegation is also scheduled to conduct meetings with the country’s several ministers, and members of its Business Council and of Jordan’s and Amman’s chambers of commerce and industry.
