KUWAIT. – Kuwait celebrated on Wednesday the Day of Independence of Armenia. Among the guests there were representatives of the Kuwaiti MFA, local authorities, business circles, local media and TV, as well as representatives of the Armenian community of Kuwait, accredited ambassadors, public and political activists and MPs, Armenian MFA reports. The main guest of the reception was the Minister of Commerce and Industry Anas Khalid Al-Saleh. The Armenian Ambassador to Kuwait Fadey Charchoghlian spoke about achievements registered in Armenia-Kuwait bilateral relations, as well as touched upon the expected plans and cooperation deepening perspectives with Kuwait. He also presented the guests with Armenia’s foreign policy priorities and assessed high the role of the Kuwaiti Armenian community in developing relations between the two states.
