YEREVAN. – Armenian MOD Seyran Ohanyan received on Thursday French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud and French newly appointed military attaché accredited to Armenia.  Ohanyan stated that warm and friendly relations between Armenia and France require that parallel to the Armenian-French political, economic, cultural and other fields, cooperation in the defense field develop as well.  The Ambassador confirmed readiness by the French side for developing Armenian-French ties, claiming that the France is ready for cooperating with the Armenian side in educating and training the Armenian servicemen.   The sides also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and regional security.
