YEREVAN.- The leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan congratulated head of the Georgian Dream bloc Bidzina Ivanishvili on his victory in the October 1 parliamentary elections.

In his congratulatory address, Tsarukyan stressed that Georgian Dream’s victory is “a victory of democracy.”

He pointed out Armenians’ role in the Georgian Dream’s success, emphasizing that Georgia’s Armenian community, both in Javakhk and other regions, can become one of the cornerstones of traditional friendly relations between the states.

Tsarukyan assured that his party and, he personally, is ready to contribute to development of Armenia-Georgia relations.
