YEREVAN. – Majority of Armenian schools (99%) will have internet access in the next 1-2 years, Education Minister Armen Ashotyan said in the parliament on Tuesday.
In the future internet connection speed will be higher than in certain schools now. The government will invite tender for internet providers.
The Armenian lawmakers discussed on Tuesday amendments to the Law on Education. The adjustments in Armenia’s Law on Education will enable the school age children with limited physical capabilities to receive education in all schools, and not just in special ones.
