YEREVAN.- Armenian government is following developments on the Middle East and in particular Syrian crisis, Premier Tigran Sargsyan said in the parliament on Wednesday.

His remark came in response to the question of Heritage group member Ruben Hakobyan who asked about Armenia’s strategy on the Middle East.

“Besides, there are certain institutes following the events and presenting their reports. President is also focused on the Middle East developments. We take certain moves based on analysis and reports,” Sargsyan said adding that some points are not subject to an open discussion.

He said the government had developed a plan for different scenarios. “It is also discussed with our partners in the U.S., EU and Russia. All the challenges and threats are discussed with our strategic partners,” he added.
