YEREVAN. – The US national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 405.13/$1, at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday, and this is a 0.03-percent—or a 0.13-point—increase from the previous trading session on Wednesday.

The dollar was offered at AMD 405.10/$1 at the end of the trading session, and therefore the American currency’s exchange rate is not expected to rise on Friday.

Thursday’s sales totaled $2.95 million at the stock exchange.

The US national currency is bought and sold at the AMD 403-407/$1 range in Armenia’s cash foreign currency market.
