YEREVAN. – Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) cannot allow itself voicing a populist speech regarding the law on the Budget 2013, as other political powers make it, which is connected to the upcoming presidential elections, RPA MP Karen Avagyan said during his speech in Parliament on Tuesday.
According to him, there will be voiced various populist statements during the following two months prior to the elections.
“Attempts of opposition powers to nominate a joint presidential candidate are simply funny. There have been left less than a month to nominate a candidate, while position of the parliamentary opposition is still unclear,” he added.
