YEREVAN.- Armenia’s Premier Tigran Sargsyan said he decides to break the tradition of delivering a speech on draft budget in the National Assembly (Armenian parliament).

His comments came in response to the criticism voiced by several opposition MPs regarding Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan’s speech. The Minister has presented 2013 draft state budget this week instead of the PM.

Premier said the debate started during the joint meeting of standing committees where he delivered a speech widely covered by media. It is the reason he did not repeat it during the plenary session, he added promising to speak on Thursday.
