YEREVAN.- Rostelecom stands ready to cooperate with the Armenian government to provide electronic services, company’s Vice President Naum Marder said in Yerevan.
The company has considerable experience of providing electronic services and under Russian government’s decision is defined as a provider of services in the territory of Russia.
“If the Armenian government is willing to cooperate directly or through a subsidiary, we are open for partnership,” he emphasized.
On December 17 the first multifunctional service on providing state and municipal services opened in Russia’s Kurgan Region.
