YEREVAN.- The leader of National Self-Determination Union Paruyr Hayrikyan has changed his mind and will apply to Constitutional Court on Sunday, if his health does not get better till then. 

The responsible person for Public Relations of the Union, Hayrikyan’s friend Karo Yeghnukyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that if Hayrikyan’s condition does not change till Sunday, they are going to apply to the Constitutional Court.

To the question of what made them change their mind, he answered, they found out they can also apply on Sunday, while they thought the deadline was Friday.

“We will not apply today. We will do it on Sunday, if Hayrikyan’s health does not change for the better till then. He is taking painkillers now,” Karo Yeghnukyan said, adding that the application is being prepared now.

Earlier Armenian News-NEWS.am informed that the leader of National Self-Determination Union Paruyr Hayrikyan is going to apply for the Constitutional Court, to postpone the elections for 2 weeks. Paruyr Hayrikyan said he wants the Constitutional Court to receive the application on February 10, but as the 10th is Sunday, they were going to apply on Friday.
