YEREVAN.- Armenia’s delegation held over 250 meetings during the CeBIT, the world’s largest computer expo hosted by Germany.

“Locator”, “Lime Tech” and “X-Tech” companies represented Armenia’s pavilion at the fair held on March 5-9, director of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) Vahan Hovsepyan said.

“We would like to see more interest from the state agencies. Many other countries, where IT is a priority sector, were represented by state officials. Nevertheless, our participation was successful and we have reached agreements to cooperate with Russian and Chinese partners,” Hovsepyan told reporters on Wednesday.

Armenia has been participating in CeBIT since 2000.
