YEREVAN. – In 2012, Armenia’s capital city Yerevan Beer Company exported bottle production casts to Ukraine to manufacture beer barrels and to import them. These casts were exported under the “Temporary Exports” customs regulation, and for a one-year term.

At present, Yerevan Beer has ordered similar casts and the aforesaid barrels are manufactured on site. But in order to rule out interruptions in the supply of these barrels, the company petitioned to the Government of Armenia, with a request to extend for another year the respective customs term for the casts that are exported to Ukraine.        

With the endorsement by the Ministry of Economy, the Government approval will be given to this request during Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.
