STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan signed an order on Wednesday.
Pursuant to the order, fifteen servicemen from the NKR Rescue Service and the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Emergency Situations departments were awarded with valuable gifts.
These rescuers were bestowed these awards for the results they had achieved during the joint command-staff training exercises.
