YEREVAN. – The decision of the counting commission was approved in accordance with the Constitution, regulations of the National Assembly, says Heritage parliamentary group head Zaruhi Postanjyan.
She said there is no need to petition to the Constitutional Court at the moment.
During the Thursday meeting counting commission of the National Assembly discussed results of the vote on agreement providing for sale of 20% of ArmRusgazprom shares to Gazprom. The commission made a draft decision, according to which recognized the vote on Armenia-Russia gas deal invalid.
“It is for Serzh Sargsyan, Hovik Abrahamyan and Tigran Sargsyan have to petition to the Constitutional Court. I think the task is not on our agenda now. Our task is to appear in the squares,” Postanjyan told reporters.
