STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with the head of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed Forces, colonel-general Yuri Khachaturov and discussed issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states.
Artsakh Republic defense minister, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan and other officials participated in the meeting.
