YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said there is no new information on the case of Hakop Injighulyan, an Armenian soldier who is being held in Azerbaijani captivity.
The Minister recalled that the issue was discussed during the meeting of the Armenian state commission on prisoners of war, hostages, and missing persons in late 2013.
“We will continue work with international agencies to return Hakob Injighulyan,” he said.
Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan on August 8, 2013.
