YEREVAN. – The average AMD/US dollar exchange rate made 406.61 /$1 on Thursday, a 0.66 point increase as compared with the previous trade session.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 553.52 (up by AMD 1.23), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 12.28 (up by AMD 0.02), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 669.24 (up by AMD 2.83), informs the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 15,961.91, AMD 255.18, and AMD 18,367.30, respectively.

The sales at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange reached $1,300,000. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 407.88 /$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 408.01/$1.
