A park in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, will be named after the late Venezuela leader Hugo Chaves.
The former leader of Venezuela visited the park during his visit to Belarus.
Hugo Chaves visited Belarus four times and held three meeting with Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko, BBC reported. The presidents had warm relations and called each other brothers.
