YEREVAN. – “Pre-Parliament” civil initiative urges the government to provide more assistance to the Syrian Armenians.

During an action at Liberty Square, member of the initiative Vardan Hakobyan said the Ministry of Diaspora and Foreign Ministry do not respond to violence committed against Syrian Armenians.

“We demand more care for our compatriots,” he said.

After a protest action the members of initiative marched along Yerevan streets with “New parliament, new government”, “Struggle is life, silence is death” banners.
