Turkey’s PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that the Armenian diaspora is preparing for 2015, and that it is indispensable to fight against it.
At the sixth conference of the Turkish ambassadors, Erdogan said the Armenian diaspora is making preparations to mark the 100th anniversary of the 1915 events [i.e., the Armenian Genocide], Demokrathaber website of Turkey reports.
“We need to bring forth historical, scientific evidence, and jointly stand against this black propaganda and political event.
“When we are able to better understand and better present the First World War, we will able to present 2015 to the world,” Erdogan stated, in particular.
