A protest action on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of Armenian journalist Hrant Dink’s murder was held in Berlin, freelance photo journalist Murat Baris Paksoy reported on demotix.com.

Around 200 demonstrators held an action in Berlin with photos of Dink, posters “For Hrant, For Justice” and other inscriptions in English, Armenian and Turkish languages.

The participants were carrying letters to form a motto: “We are here ahparig [brother]”.

Hrant Dink, the founder and former chief editor of Agos, was killed on January 19, 2007 in front of the building where Agos’ editorial is located. The ongoing trials into Dink’s murder, however, have not yet exposed those behind this assassination.
