Representatives of the ICRC Baku office on Wednesday visited the Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan and an interned family, the ICRC Yerevan representative told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“During the visit the letters were exchanged,” the ICRC representative said.

Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan on August 8, 2013. He was taken to Azerbaijani capital city Baku the next day. The ICRC was able to meet with the Armenian prisoners of war on August 20. To note, Injighulyan was made to wear Azerbaijani military uniform and give several interviews.

On January 10, 2010, in a car, Yeghishe Gevorgyan and his family breached Armenian-Azerbaijani border and entered Azerbaijani territory. Gevorgyan has eight previous convictions.
