YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian disagrees with the allegation that Armenia’s preparation for the accession to Customs Union was a secret process.
Talking to reporters on Wednesday, he said nothing was kept secret.
Armenia first announced intention to join Customs Union on September 3, but beforehand the willingness to do so was repeatedly stated, Nalbandian said.
