OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick hopes the upcoming meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs will be a step forward.
“The Foreign Ministers of #Armenia and #Azerbaijan will meet in Paris on Friday. Hope it will be a step forward leading to a summit in Feb.,” he tweeted.
Earlier the diplomat said violence and tensions along the Line of Contact undermine efforts to bring about a negotiated settlement.
