YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 412.30/$1 in Armenia on Thursday, a 0.2-point fall from Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 563.86 (up by AMD 1.25), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.79 (down by AMD 0.07), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 686.44 (up by AMD 7.46), informs the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,093.29 , AMD 267.37, and AMD 18,597.82 , respectively.

Wednesday’s trading totaled USD 1.6 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 412/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 412/$1.
