YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 411.79/$1 in Armenia on Monday.

The aforementioned rate is an AMD 0.46 drop from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 564.07 (down by AMD 0.05), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.72 (down by AMD 0.06), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 688.80 (up by AMD 0.18), informs the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,475.95, AMD 279.22, and AMD 18,879.32, respectively.
Monday’s trading totaled USD 5,980,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 412.08/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 412.25/$1, the stock exchange informs.
