Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk said Crimea may get more autonomy but must remain a part of Ukraine.

In an interview with Associated Press, he said a  a special task force could be established to discuss “what kind of additional autonomy” Crimea may have.

Earlier on Wednesday the European Commission agreed  a package of support identifying a number of concrete measures to assist economically and financially Ukraine.  Overall support of at least €11 billion over the next couple of years from the EU budget and EU-based international financial institution will be allocated.
