YEREVAN. – Armenia's Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons confirmed identity of an Armenian citizen held in Azerbaijani captivity. 

Arsen Khojoyan (born in 1991) is a citizen of Karmraghbyur village of Tavush Region, head of the Commission's working group Armen Kaprielyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The missing young man has been searched. The  circumstances of his captivity are being clarified,” he said.

As reported earlier, civilian was captured in Tovuz Region of Azerbaijan.
