Primarily the citizens of another country are destabilizing the situation and hanging Russian flags in the eastern regions of Ukraine.     

Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform (UDAR) leader and former professional boxer Vitali Klitschko stated the aforementioned in Donetsk, Ukraine.

“Today, the citizens of another country demand a referendum in the eastern regions of Ukraine. [But] they may make such a demand solely in their country: Russia.

“Ukrainians decide themselves how to live and what country to build. The border must be closed for the [organized] political provocateurs,” Klitschko also said.
