Former Ukrainian ambassador to Armenia Russia Alexander Bozhko drew up the plan of Crimea invasion several years ago and was only waiting for suitable excuse.

He said Russia's actions are a blow to century-long friendship between Russian and Ukrainian people. As to West's position on Ukrainian crisis, the diplomat believes everything is still ahead.

Alexander Bozhko called on all leaders to seat at negotiating table and solve the issue diplomatically instead of force.

Speaking about Russia's relations with strategic partners, he noted that “Russia can treat Belarus and Kazakhstan as they wishes, the same is with Armenia”.
