YEREVAN. – The Ukrainian developments are not about relations of any states, but about development of civilizations, whether the world will go one step ahead of backwards, ex-presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan told reporters on Saturday.
Hayrikyan, chairman of the National Self-Determination Union, did not name the exact countries, but added that Crimea events are "struggle between light and darkness".
"Darkness must step back for the development of civilizations," he emphasized.
