“OSCE/ODIHR election observations take place when requested by state concerned, in this case Ukraine. No observation of Crimea reff.,” Cathie Burton tweeted.
She called not to mix election observation mission with the OSCE military missionin north and south of Ukraine. “This not osce_odihr election observation!"
