YEREVAN. – Former presidential candidate Andreas Ghukasyan said Armenia must develop following the lead of Switzerland, that is to be neutral.

He is convinced that Armenia's integration into Customs Union or any other project related to Russia is absurd. Armenia cannot have geopolitical direction and must be neutral.

Asked about expectations of four non-coalition political forces, Ghukasyan refrained from making forecasts.

“Armenia is facing a threat of default and we, certainly, have a task to receive financial assistance. For this purpose,we must create government that will be not corrupted,” he added.

Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan has initiated consultations with the opposition political forces in order to form common political agenda.
