YEREVAN. – Ukraine's Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta said his country's official position on Karabakh conflict romaines the same: Ukraine supports the efforts of OSCE Minsk Group.
It should be noted that Ukraine's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alexander Mischenko have recently voiced other position on the issue.
“We did not realize the scope of events in Azerbaijan 22 years ago, and now occurred in a similar situation. It turns out that neither states, nor people learn from mistakes,” Azerbaijani media quotes Ambassador.
Ivan Kukhta refused to comment both on the statement of his colleague and the remark what “conclusions” will Ukraine make “from its mistake”.
“Ukraine chaired the OSCE last year. There is clear position and it remains unchanged: Ukraine supports the efforts of OSCE Minsk Group aimed at finding solution to the Karabakh conflict,” he said.
