PreferredA passenger bus, which was en route from Armenia to Russia, is stranded in the Kazbegi bends in Georgia since the early morning hours on Thursday.
The bus has broken down, and a new bus from the Armenian capital city Yerevan has not been sent.
Spartak Karapetyan, who is one of the eighty passengers of the stranded bus, told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am over the telephone.
“We are in a hopeless situation already for more than twelve hours. There is neither water nor a store in the area. We are in an uninhabited place, in the mountains.
“Eighty people, also including women, are bewildered. There is panic; we don’t know where we are,” Karapetyan added.
The bus had left from Armenia on Wednesday morning.
The passengers do not know what technical problem the bus has.
