YEREVAN. – Speaker of the Armenian parliament Hovik Abrahamyan on Friday met with President Serzh Sargsyan, a source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to the source, officials discussed internal political situation in the country, in particular issues related to PM's resignation. The source said Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan was not present at the meeting.

Earlier Gagik Tsarukyan's spokesperson neither confirmed nor refuted the reports on Tsarukyan's meeting with President Serzh Sargsyan.
