YEREVAN. – An Armenian MOD delegation, led by First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan, on Monday attended, at the NATO Headquarters, the NATO Political and Partnership Committee + Armenia meeting. 

Armenian News-NEWS.am learned the aforementioned from the Armenia MOD. 

At the talk, the Armenian delegation presented the ongoing defense reforms in Armenia, and the country’s 2014 partnership objectives were coordinated.

Armenia’s participation in NATO operations and the country’s progress in numerous domains were rated highly, and the continuity of Armenia’s cooperation with NATO in the defense reforms were underscored.

On the same day, the Armenia MOD delegation met with Ambassador Thrasyvoulos Terry Stamatopoulos, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy. The parties exchanged views on cooperation with NATO as well as regional and international security.
