As a result, the CEC prepared registrations on giving the parliamentary mandates of MPs Davit Harutyunyan and Karen Chshmarityan—who were elected NA deputies from the proportional election list of the ruling Republican Party (RPA) but whose parliamentary powers have terminated ahead of time—to Gagik Melikyan and Vahram Mkrtchyan, who are next on the RPA list of the NA MP candidates.

As reported earlier, RPA MPs Davit Harutyunyan and Karen Chshmarityan were appointed Government Chief of Staff-Minister and Economy Minister, respectively.
