YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan met with Russian Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov in the framework of bilateral intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Russia and Armenia, Armenian News-NEWS.am informs.
Premier Abrahamyan noted that Armenia is willing to continue and further develop cooperation in all areas of bilateral relations with Russia.
“I am aware that the Intergovernmental committee has acquired significant potential for serious cooperation and I am ready to invest all my efforts to bring our cooperation to a higher level,” said the Prime Minister.

He stressed the importance of the intergovernmental commission, which focuses on comprehensive economic cooperation, strategic partnership and allied relations with Russia.

Russian minister of transport added that the present level of the Armenian-Russian cooperation is very high.
“In recent years bilateral economic cooperation developed very dynamically, which increased the volume of trade,” said Minister Sokolov.
