YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.10/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, which makes for an AMD 0.30 rise from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 572.60 (up by AMD 0.09), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.57 (up by AMD 0.11), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 694.38 (down by AMD 1.27), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,252.63, AMD 260.32, and AMD 18,965.94, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 5.3 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 414/$1, with an offer of AMD 414.09/$1.
