The U.S. Embassy in Baku disagrees with the statement made by Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Araz Azimov.

The embassy said the demand on recalling James Warlick from the post of a Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group is ungrounded, modern.az reported. It was also noted that the U.S. remains committed to finding peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict.

Several days Deputy Foreign Minister Azimov accused American diplomat of having ties to the Armenian community of U.S. and said Azerbaijani government may raise issue to recall James Warlick from post of OSCE Minsk Group co-chair.
