On Monday, Ambassador Apitonyan held talks with Chairman Lars Bäcklund of the Uppsala Municipal Council, the Armenia MFA press service informed. They discussed the prospects for decentralized cooperation between Uppsala and Armenia’s communities.
On Monday evening, the Armenian diplomat met with representatives of the Armenian community in Uppsala. The participants exchanged views on Armenian-Swedish relations.
On Tuesday, Ambassador Apitonyan had a meeting with Rectrix magnifica Eva Åkesson of Uppsala University. The interlocutors conferred on the avenues for cooperation between Uppsala University and Yerevan State University.
