YEREVAN. – The new Government of Armenia may face the problem of financial resource constraints, 168 Zham daily reported.

“Former PM Tigran Sargsyan was solving these problems by way of bringing money from outside, roping in foreign debts. In recent times, however, bringing money from outside became problematic even for Tigran Sargsyan.

“Now, the one in the PM’s post is Hovik Abrahamyan, who is a great master of ‘finding a common ground,’ but not beyond Armenia’s borders. The government and the economy, on the other hand, certainly are in need of extra money.

“Let us not [also] forget that the matter of raising the salaries of the public sector workers is on the agenda.

“In addition, there are numerous other ‘small details’ which require additional [financial] measures,” 168 Zham wrote.
