YEREVAN. – President of France Francois Hollande said his country is the largest foreign investor in Armenia.

Hollande's remarks came during Armenia-France business forum held within the framework of his state visit to Armenia.

“Half of all EU investments in Armenia falls on France, around 120 million euros annually. Of course, we are present in many industries, such as banking, telecommunications, and transport. But we have still little trade contacts. France is only the 10th in the list of Armenia's trade partners, and this when 500,000 Armenians live in France. We should intensify the contacts, facilitate the exchange of information for business,” he said.
