STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met first deputy head of the General Staff of the Republic of Armenia's Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Enriko Apryamov.
The issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in the area were discussed at the meeting.
NKR Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan participated in the talks.
