YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ambassador Mikael Minasyan (diplomatic residence in the Vatican) presented his credentials to Fra’ Matthew Festing, Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. 

During the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Minasyan reflected on the historical ties and the cultural heritage between the Armenians and Malta, the Armenia MFA press service informed.

In turn, Fra’ Festing welcomed Armenia’s first ambassador to the Holy See, and wished him productive work.
Following the official ceremony, Minasyan and Festing had a private talk.  

On the same day, an in honor of Armenia’s new ambassador, a dinner was given on behalf of the Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
