Since early 2005 export volume of Iranian milk jumped almost 7 times, official sources report.

In 2005 milk export totaled approximately U.S. $18.6mln, however in 2008 – $124.4mln. In 2008, sour milk product (Mast) was exported at $41.3mln, whereas in 2005 – $1.3mln. Among exported dairy products: cheese, dairy butter, melted cheese, condensed milk, cream, and Mast.

Iranian milk products are exported to Azerbaijan, Germany, Austria, Jordan, Armenia, Afghanistan, UAE, Indonesia, England, Bahrain, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Syria, Dania, Romania, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Filipinas, Kyrgyzstan, and Oman.
