YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 412.62 /$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, a 0.74 point fall as compared with Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 563.02 (down by AMD 1.05), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 12.03 (down by AMD 0.06), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 694.19 (down by AMD 2.2), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,133.09, AMD 257.63, and AMD 19, 673.54, respectively.

The sales totaled $900,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, and the trading session closed at AMD 413.5/$1.
